Αναζητούμε έναν δυναμικό Restaurant Floor Manager για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα του ομίλου Soterra Group. Ο ρόλος απαιτεί ηγετικές ικανότητες, πάθος για την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και ικανότητα διαχείρισης ομάδας.

Καθήκοντα & Ευθύνες

  • Καθημερινή επίβλεψη της λειτουργίας του εστιατορίου στο σέρβις
  • Διαχείριση και εμψύχωση της ομάδας σερβιτόρων & βοηθών
  • Διασφάλιση υψηλών προτύπων εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
  • Άμεση αντιμετώπιση παραπόνων και ειδικών αιτημάτων
  • Οργάνωση βαρδιών και δημιουργία προγράμματος βάση προτύπων της ψηφιακής κάρτας
  • Διαχείριση budget και επίτευξη στόχων
  • Υποστήριξη στην εκπαίδευση του προσωπικού για άψογη εξυπηρέτηση
  • Συνεργασία με την κουζίνα για αρμονική λειτουργία και ταχεία εξυπηρέτηση

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Εξαιρετικές ικανότητες επικοινωνίας και οργάνωσης
  • Γνώσεις διαχείρισης ομάδας και ανθρώπινου δυναμικού
  • Προσανατολισμός στη λεπτομέρεια και στην εμπειρία του πελάτη
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πίεσης σε περιβάλλον υψηλού ρυθμού
  • Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε εξαήμερη βάση
  • Απαραίτητη γνώση Ελληνικών
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
