Operations Director HVAC

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning operations in Thessaloniki.

  • Job Description:
  • The Operations Director will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, leadership, and operational excellence. This role will oversee the development of new business opportunities, partnerships, and contracts.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in management consulting or big four experience, with a proven track record in commercial strategy and operational leadership.
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field is required, along with at least 15 years of experience, including 10 years in middle-management or management roles.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Renewable Energies, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 15 years of experience and at least 10 in middle-management or management roles, focused on business strategy, commercial approach, B2B and B2C operations
  • Prior experience in the HVAC / energy markets is a must with the ability of having managed a full business, including P&L and its employees
  • Prior experience in a management consulting firm or big four is valuable
  • Proven track record demonstrating operational & commercial excellence
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong leadership capacities with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Results-driven, with a strong commitment to achieving organizational goals
