Customer Support Representative for Logistics and Shipping

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our Logistics and Shipping team. As a key member of our department, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking clients regarding shipping inquiries and logistics-related concerns.

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to shipping and logistics, offering timely and accurate information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure a satisfactory experience.
  • Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to support quality assurance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or logistics is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction.
