Job Description

This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service while working in a dynamic industry. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, assist with property management issues, and ensure that our Spanish-speaking clients receive the support they need.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
  • Property Management Assistance: Assist clients with inquiries related to property management and real estate services.
  • Conflict Resolution: Effectively resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Guidance and Information: Offer guidance and information about properties and services to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Documentation: Document customer interactions accurately to maintain a high standard of service.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate sector, is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction are necessary.
  • Dynamic Environment: Aptitude for working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Team Player: Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Software Familiarity: Familiarity with real estate management software is an advantage.
