German Customer Advisor
Description:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced customer advisor to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. As a customer advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Your role will involve working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on our customer services database.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong problem-solving ability. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in German and English, with a good level of education (high school diploma or higher).
