Home Appliances Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Home Appliances team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers via various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through phone, email, and chat in Italian.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to home appliance products and services.
  • Effectively address and resolve customer complaints and technical issues.
  • Offer guidance and support to customers in selecting the right products for their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality assurance purposes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the home appliances sector, is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
  • Passion for home appliances and technology is an advantage.
