You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our discerning clientele by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized guidance on our luxury offerings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in French.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to luxury products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice on luxury offerings and accurately document customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to continually enhance the customer experience.
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within luxury retail, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction are necessary.
- A passion for luxury brands and understanding of high-end customer expectations is required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software is advantageous.
