Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative for Music Streaming Platform">

This is an exciting opportunity to join the department of a leading music streaming platform. As a customer support representative, you will engage with customers in Portuguese, resolving their inquiries and providing exceptional support related to the streaming services.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Portuguese and have strong communication skills. Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred, as well as a genuine passion for music and familiarity with streaming platforms.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding their accounts, subscriptions, and technical issues.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers about features and benefits of the music streaming platform.
  • Record and document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • A genuine passion for music and familiarity with streaming platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Experience with customer service software is a plus.
