Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through remote channels including phone, email, and live chat. Efficiently handle customer inquiries, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings to provide accurate information to clients. Document interactions and customer feedback meticulously in the company's CRM system.
Collaborate with your team to improve service processes and client satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives.
Share innovative ideas for enhancing customer engagement and overall service quality. To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, dedicated to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.
