Remote Finnish Customer Support Representative Opportunity Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and multilingual customer support representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers in Finland. Responsibilities:
  • Support Finnish-speaking customers with order-related issues (tracking, returns, payments).
  • Communicate clearly and professionally across channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Handle sensitive data responsibly and securely.
  • Escalate complex cases using internal tools and procedures.
  • Monitor and improve your own KPIs.
 Requirements:To succeed in this role, you should have native-level Finnish and strong English skills, as well as the ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve efficiently. Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not required.
