Food Delivery Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in the Food Delivery Department.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to Portuguese-speaking customers. This includes assisting with orders, inquiries, and complaints regarding food delivery services, resolving issues efficiently, and guiding customers through the ordering process. Accurate documentation of customer interactions is also essential for quality assurance purposes.
Requirements- Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a dedication to customer satisfaction are essential.
