Η Social Mind είναι ένα Digital Solutions Agency με έδρα τη Θεσσαλονίκη και αναζητά έναν έμπειρο Performance Specialist για να διαχειρίζεται και να αναπτύσσει τους διαφημιστικούς λογαριασμούς πελατών στα Social Media και στα Google Ads, για την επίτευξη των στόχων που έχουν τεθεί. Οι υποψήφιοι θα πρέπει να έχουν προηγούμενη εμπειρία από επιτυχή διαχείριση λογαριασμών καθώς και εκτεταμένη γνώση του κλάδου. **Η θέση αυτή μπορεί να εξελιχθεί σε Υπεύθυνο του τμήματος **Digital**Marketing** της εταιρίας**.
Περιγραφή θέσης / Καθήκοντα
- Καθορισμός και χάραξη στρατηγικής διαφημίσεων για πελάτες της εταιρείας με βάση τους στόχους που έχουν ορισθεί. Κατάρτιση Advertising plan το οποίο θα περιλαμβάνει ενέργειες σε οποιαδήποτε online πλατφόρμα (Social Media Ads, Google Ads, κλπ).
- Επικοινωνία με πελάτες, προγραμματισμός συναντήσεων, κοινοποίηση των ενεργειών και των προτάσεων τόσο στους πελάτες, όσο και εσωτερικά στα υπόλοιπα τμήματα.
- Δημιουργία (set up) διαφημιστικών εκστρατειών, παρακολούθηση και βελτιστοποίησή τους με βάση τους στόχους και τα KPI's που έχουν ορισθεί.
- Συγγραφή ελκυστικών και αποδοτικών λεκτικών για τις διαφημίσεις.
- Διαρκής ενημέρωση σχετικά με το digital marketing, τις τάσεις και τα σχετικά εργαλεία.
- Δημιουργία αναφορών για την απόδοση των διαφημίσεων και προτάσεις βελτίωσης.
- Άλλες παραπλήσιες αρμοδιότητες που μπορεί να ανατεθούν.
**Requirements**:
- Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία, ιδανικά 3 χρόνων και άνω, σε διαχείριση διαφημιστικών ενεργειών, ιδανικά σε agency
- Δυνατότητα χειρισμού πολλαπλών ταυτόχρονων account, από διαφορετικούς κλάδους, σε περιβάλλον με γρήγορους ρυθμούς
- Αξιολόγηση των δεδομένων του Google Analytics (ή άλλων παρόμοιων εργαλείων) και εκπόνηση διαφημιστικών προτάσεων προς την εταιρεία για βελτίωση αυτών
- Εμπειρία σε data analysis και reporting
- Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Επικέντρωση στους στόχους και τήρηση προθεσμιών & χρονοδιαγραμμάτων
- BSc/BA στο Marketing, στα Digital Media, στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή σε σχετικό τομέα θα εκτιμηθεί.
- Google Ads certifications θα θεωρηθούν ως επιπλέον προσόντα.
- Δημιουργικότητα, καινοτομία, στρατηγική σκέψη και ικανότητα ανάπτυξης νέων ιδεών
Η θέση αφορά δια ζώσης εργασία στα γραφεία της εταιρείας στη Θεσσαλονίκη και πλήρη ωράριο (8ώρο) και ασφάλιση.
