Sales Development Representative

Are you a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in building our prospective customers pipeline by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.

  • Contact inbound leads through email and phone calls to gauge interest and assess fit against our ideal customer profile.
  • Execute outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage new leads and build pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points and qualify opportunities for our sales executives.
  • Create a positive first impression with our prospects and existing customers by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize top software to manage activities and monitor performance.
  • Input and organize prospective customers information in our CRM system.
  • Share data around customer needs and challenges with our team to drive product and business decisions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role as a Sales Development Representative, you should have:

  • 1+ years of experience in an outbound sales environment.
  • A proven track record of prospecting and qualifying leads via cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Native or near-native English language skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
  • High energy, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
