Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Tax Compliance Specialist. As a key member of our tax department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

Your primary focus will be on managing accounting, finance, and tax compliance outsourcing activities for clients. You will also be responsible for preparing statutory financial statements under Greek GAAP and IFRS, as well as corporate tax returns (VAT, CIT, Withholding tax, etc.). Additionally, you will advise clients on statutory accounting and tax compliance requirements and provide initial recommendations on current tax legislation to Manager-level practitioners.

You will work closely with our tax professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients, including managing client engagements, exercising effective communication and relationship-building skills, and contributing to the priorities of the team and the business.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years of relevant work experience in a professional services firm serving clients in different industries;
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Auditing, Business Administration from a well-acclaimed University in Greece or abroad;
  • An excellent command of the English language;
  • A professional approach, business acumen, and strong communication skills;
  • Computer literacy.
