Job Title: Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accountant to join our team.

  • Maintain accurate and timely accounting records for real estate assets and transactions.
  • Prepare journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, manage property-level accounting, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
  2. Ensure compliance with tax obligations and manage the full E9 process for new property acquisitions.
  3. Monitor and manage corporate loan portfolios, including repayment schedules and financial accuracy.
  4. Manage withholding tax calculations and submissions in line with statutory requirements and accounting standards.
  5. Record and process financial transactions (accounts payable and receivable) utilizing SAP and Power BI systems.
  6. Facilitate daily accounting operations by executing routine financial processes and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of records.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • MSc will be considered an asset
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in an accounting department, ideally in the real estate industry
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing, tax regulations, declaration documents, bank reconciliation and financial statements review
  • Previous experience with SAP systems and Power BI
  • Excellent command of the English language; both written and oral
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office, with expertise in Excel
  • Strong organizational, time-management and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Discretion in handling sensitive employee information
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • High degree of reliability and integrity
