Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compliance Specialist to support the implementation and maintenance of a robust culture of compliance and ethical conduct across our affiliate.

This role will dedicate its time to supporting the Compliance Manager with all compliance matters for the Greek affiliate. This role may involve occasional business travel.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

The Compliance Specialist will work closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure that all compliance-related activities are executed in accordance with established plans and methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of Greek pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and industry codes, as well as experience with internal controls/monitoring.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A university level degree in law, business administration, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum two (2) years of professional experience in a compliance, legal, audit, regulatory, or related role.
  • Analytical Skills & Attention to Detail: Strong ability to analyze information accurately and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ethical Conduct & Integrity: Demonstrates high ethical standards and commitment to compliance.
  • Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English are essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive & eager to Learn: A proactive approach, efficiency, and a strong desire to learn and develop in the compliance field.
  • Team Player & Collaborative: Works effectively within a team and collaborates well with diverse stakeholders.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: Demonstrates reliability and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Professional Conduct: Maintains impeccable professional conduct.
