We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Professional to join our team and take on the role of Engineering Expert.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-end resort developments across various Greek islands, utilizing your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate technical designs, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
  • Evaluate and review technical documents, drawings, and specifications to guarantee accuracy and quality.
  • Support construction supervision, providing on-site technical support as needed, and engage with authorities for permitting and compliance purposes.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and developers throughout the lifecycle of each project, promoting seamless integration and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in hospitality or complex developments.
  • Familiarity with Greek building codes, energy regulations, and permitting workflows.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM software (e.g., Revit), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple interfaces.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
  • Flexible and willing to travel regularly to island-based sites.
