**Technical Support Specialist**

We invite you to join our dynamic team in Athens, Greece.

As a key member of our IT department, you will provide exceptional technical support to our end-users, addressing inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.

The role is located in our modern premises at Marousi, Athens.

What will you be doing?

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all end-users, providing on-site and remote technical assistance.
  • Register tickets in our ITSM platform on incidents, service requests/queries and technical issues, ensuring timely resolution within agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement ticket resolutions such as equipment installation, configuration and commissioning, software updates, and part replacements according to manufacturer guidelines and IT standards.
  • Engage Second-Level Support personnel and escalate actions based on operational procedures if required.
  • Monitor IT systems and infrastructure availability through our corporate monitoring tool.
  • Manage and record IT hardware assets.
  • Dispatch critical notifications to users and customers.
  • Maintain and update our IT knowledge base.
  • Prepare activity reports as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, or Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum three years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in Aviation.
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English on both an oral and written level.
  • Experience with ITSM ticketing systems.
  • Expertise in IT hardware and software installation, including databases, office applications, operating systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of and experience regarding IT systems and networks.
  • ITIL, Network, and System certification would be beneficial.
  • Available to work in 24x7 shifts.
  • Fulfilled Military Obligations, if applicable.
