Career Opportunity: Financial Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Expert to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial records, preparing journal entries, reconciling general ledger accounts, and managing property-level accounting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping, invoicing, tax regulations, declaration documents, bank reconciliation, and financial statements review. You will also have experience with SAP systems and Power BI.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with tax obligations and manage the full E9 process for new property acquisitions.
  • Monitor and manage corporate loan portfolios, including repayment schedules and financial accuracy.
  • Manage withholding tax calculations and submissions in line with statutory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Record and process financial transactions (accounts payable and receivable) utilizing SAP and Power BI systems.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • MSc will be considered an asset.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in an accounting department, ideally in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing, tax regulations, declaration documents, bank reconciliation, and financial statements review.
  • Previous experience with SAP systems and Power BI.
  • Excellent command of the English language; both written and oral.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office, with expertise in Excel.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive employee information.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High degree of reliability and integrity.
