In Greece, AMG operates 7 hospital units with a total of 1,200 beds, employing 2,800 associate physicians and 3,000 highly specialized full-time staff members.

Seeking to further develop its capabilities, AMG is currently hiring for a Senior Accountant position.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • A minimum of 5–6 years of relevant professional experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Greek GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and functions.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP FI will be considered an asset.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting reconciliations
  • Ensuring business transactions are reported according to generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Contributing to the preparation of financial statements (Interim and Annual)
  • Actively participating in group reporting.
  • Preparing and submitting accounting entries.
  • Collaborating with other accountants.
