Compliance Specialist

The Compliance Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of a robust culture of compliance and ethical conduct across Menarini Hellas' affiliate in Greece.

  • Provide administrative support for compliance initiatives in Greece.
  • Assist in coordinating compliance activities between the local team and Menarini Compliance.
  • Help maintain compliance-related documentation, databases, and tracking systems.
Key Accountabilities:
  • General Support:
    • Provide administrative support for compliance initiatives in Greece.
    • Assist in coordinating compliance activities between the local team and Menarini Compliance.
    • Help maintain compliance-related documentation, databases, and tracking systems.
  • Business Support:
    • Support the review of materials and activities for compliance with relevant codes and regulations under supervision.
    • Help address compliance-related queries from business teams, escalating more complex issues as appropriate.
  • Compliance Risk Assessment Support:
    • Assist in gathering data and information for the local Compliance Risk Assessment in Greece.
    • Support the tracking of risk mitigation measures.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of Greek pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and industry codes.

A university level degree, preferably in law, business administration, life sciences, or a related field, is required. Minimum two years of professional experience in a compliance, legal, audit, regulatory, or related role, ideally within the life sciences sector in Greece, is also necessary.

  • Proactive & eager to Learn: A proactive approach, efficiency, and a strong desire to learn and develop in the compliance field.
