Job Title: Experienced IT Service

We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated IT Service/Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and coordinating operations and support teams, covering various international projects.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate the operations and support teams of the company, ensuring all day-to-day operational activities are carried out in a timely and reliable way;
  • Maintain the operational integrity of technologies and services provided;
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs);
  • Apply and coordinate ITIL Service Operation Processes such as event management, incident management and request fulfillment;
  • Cooperate with development teams for implementing ITIL processes within products' design;
  • Utilize Service Management tools and create reports on operational status and activities;
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.

Requirements:

  • University degree in an IT-related field;
  • ITIL Foundation Certification or higher;
  • Excellent command of English language;
  • At least 8 years of experience in a professional environment offering Service / Operations management, covering critical systems and using state-of-the-art tools from a senior position;
  • Experience with IT-Projects based on Agile procedure;
  • Experience with continuously building, deploying, and updating software and environments in an agile framework;
  • Experience in the use of ITIL-compliant ITSM tools such as BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, Samanage, or equivalent.
