
Setup Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Setup Specialist to join our team. As a key player in delivering exceptional service, you will ensure our clients unlock the full potential of our cutting-edge technology solutions.
Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer success mindset, and a passion for providing excellent service. They will be responsible for leading the onboarding process, customizing and configuring systems, and training customers to maximize efficiency and performance.
In this role, you will collaborate with our team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and work collectively to achieve service level targets. You will continuously monitor customer feedback and adjust your approach to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
The successful candidate will have a BSc/MSc in Tourism, Business Administration or a relevant background, with exposure in a start-up environment. They will possess a high degree of ownership, a strong work ethic, and a 'can-do' attitude.

- Strong communication, listening, priority management and organization skills

- Good computer skills and confident user of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
