Job Description

Skillful Project Coordinator Wanted

We are looking for a highly skilled project coordinator to support the planning and execution of enterprise IT initiatives.

  • Manage day-to-day operations to ensure scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate internal teams and vendors, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and timely resolution of delivery issues or risks.
  • Assist in resource planning and allocation, working closely with senior delivery managers and technical leads to balance project needs and team capacity.
  • Monitor project performance, collect relevant delivery metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across delivery processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for client stakeholders during the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment on deliverables and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, delivery, or operations roles within the IT industry, preferably in the enterprise sector.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, or enterprise architecture concepts.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues appropriately when needed.
