Serve as the primary liaison between our organization and clients, responsible for overseeing service execution, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving team performance.
Responsibilities- Manage customer relationships and resolve project-related issues.
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services within budget and time constraints.
- Identify and mitigate risks, implement corrective actions, and maintain service continuity.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT sector, with at least 6 years in service delivery management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- ITIL Expert/ Specialist certification is required.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
