Customer Service Representative
">Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Flemish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Online Learning sector. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, helping them enhance their learning experiences.
As a key member of our customer service team, you will be expected to:
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to online courses, educational platforms, and user account management.
- Guide users through troubleshooting processes, ensuring they have access to the learning resources they need.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, striving to resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and provide valuable feedback regarding user needs.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, helpful guidance to users.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
