We are currently seeking Dutch Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering a positive online community for Dutch-speaking users by moderating content and engaging with the audience across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure adherence to community guidelines and standards.
  • Engage with users by responding to comments and messages, creating a welcoming and interactive atmosphere.
  • Identify and report inappropriate content or user behavior, escalating significant issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Research current trends and topics within the Dutch-speaking community to enhance user engagement.
  • Collaborate with content teams to develop high-quality, relevant content that resonates with the audience.
  • Prepare reports on user interactions and content trends to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with social media changes, policies, and best practices for effective moderation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in social media moderation, community management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and user engagement techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills along with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficient in using content moderation tools and social media analytics software.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
