Dutch Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support advisors and ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service to our clients.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. This will involve analyzing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and working with the team to implement changes.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with experience in managing teams and improving customer satisfaction. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Dutch Language Proficiency: Native or proficient Dutch (C2) is mandatory.
- English Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written is mandatory.
- Call Center Experience: Minimum of 12 months of call center experience, preferably as a Team Manager or product specialist.
- Interpersonal and Leadership Skills: Evidence of effective interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills is required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent telephone, keyboard, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
