Customer Support Specialist
\As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients. You will be responsible for communicating with customers via telephone, emails, and online chats.

- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve their issues.\
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop supportive relationships and provide excellent customer service.\

- Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.\
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction by analyzing feedback and implementing changes.\
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.\
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.\\
Requirements:

- Native or near-native level Dutch skill.\
- At least B1 level in English.\
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.\
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\
- Highly organized and able to manage time effectively.\
- Proactive approach to customer service.\\
