Junior Network Administrator

Η θέση του Junior Network Administrator είναι υπεύθυνη για την υποστήριξη δικτύου και υποστήριξη γραφείου στους χρήστες τελικού σημείου. Επίσης ο/η junior network administrator είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την παροχή τεχνικής βοήθειας και υποστήριξης σε εισερχόμενα ερωτήματα χρηστών και ζητήματα που σχετίζονται με συστήματα υπολογιστών, υλικό και λογισμικό.

Κύρια καθήκοντα
  • Ρυθμίσεις δικτύου σταθμών εργασίας υπολογιστών και δικτυακών συσκευών.
  • Παροχή τεχνικής υποστήριξης δικτύου 1ου επιπέδου σε χρήστες onsite ή remote. Διάγνωση και επίλυση τεχνικών θεμάτων χρηστών συνδεσιμότητας LAN, VPN, Wifi, Internet.
  • Χρήση εφαρμογών και διαγνωστικών παρακολούθησης δικτύου για την απρόσκοπτη λειτουργία του.
  • Εγκατάσταση και ρύθμιση παραμέτρων εξοπλισμού δικτύου 1ου επιπέδου.
  • Τεχνική υποστήριξη για συστήματα και εφαρμογές 1ου επιπέδου.
  • Τήρηση διαδικασιών καταγραφής ζητημάτων, ορθή κλιμάκωση στις αρμόδιες ομάδες.
  • Επικοινωνία με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες για σωστή υλοποίηση και υποστήριξη των συστημάτων.
Aπαραίτητα προσόντα
  • Πτυχίο ΙΕΚ/ΤΕΙ/ΑΕΙ σε εφαρμοσμένη Πληροφορική η ισοδύναμο πτυχίο.
  • Επιθυμητή πιστοποίηση CCNA η παρεμφερή.
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • 3ετής προϋπηρεσία
