We're looking for a motivated and communicative German Speaking - Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at A. Hatzopoulos S.A.
In this role you will
- Manage incoming orders and keep track of the production process
- Ensure that all necessary materials are available in order for the orders to be proceeded
- Organize and monitor order shipments until delivery and keep customers updated
- Support Hatzopoulos Sales team
- Answer customer questions adapting to their needs
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English language
- Prior customer service or sales experience will be considered an asset
- Very good knowledge of Greek
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and familiarity with ERP
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
