Job Description:
">- Engage with Norwegian-speaking customers on social media platforms, providing exceptional customer service. Monitor social media channels for inquiries, comments, and feedback, responding promptly and professionally. Resolve customer issues and complaints through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Document inquiries and interactions using the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve the customer experience.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotional campaigns.
- Contribute to social media strategy by providing feedback on customer interactions and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Norwegian-speaking customers on social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to social media inquiries and comments.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Document customer inquiries and interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
">- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong written communication skills, with an emphasis on crafting engaging responses.
- Experience in customer service, ideally in a social media context.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
