We are seeking a customer-focused professional to provide support to Norwegian-speaking clients regarding transportation services.
About the Role:- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, scheduling, service details, and company policies.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and address complex customer needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, service updates, and travel regulations to provide informed assistance.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the transportation or travel industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-centric focus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer assistance.
