Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. This exciting opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about health and wellness and are eager to provide exceptional service to Nordic-speaking clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide top-tier customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding health and wellness products.
  2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order placements, and issues related to returns and exchanges.
  3. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and proper usage to enhance their wellness experiences.
  4. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, striving to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  5. Stay up-to-date on company products, health trends, and promotions to provide accurate information.
  6. Document all customer interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records for service improvement.
  7. Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex inquiries and enhance customer support.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the health and wellness sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with health and wellness products is a plus.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
