Japanese Speaking Customer Service Representative

This exciting role offers the opportunity to engage with customers in a friendly and dynamic environment, providing high-quality support to Japanese-speaking clients.

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support through various communication channels, handling customer inquiries, and troubleshooting issues effectively.

Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our products and services is essential to assist customers accurately.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date on our products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Contribute feedback to improve service quality.

Requirements
  • Fluent in Japanese (written and spoken) and proficient in English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Relocation to Greece is required.
