Italian Client Support Expert

As a key player in our organization's success, we are seeking an Italian Speaking Support Specialist to provide top-notch service to our Italian-speaking clients.
Job Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional support via phone, email, and live chat to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries related to products, services, and account management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints to maintain high client satisfaction levels.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for efficient workflow management.
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold high standards of service and continually improve the client experience.
- Identify areas for improvement in service delivery and contribute actively to discussions that facilitate positive change.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to clients.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
