Italian Speaking Support Specialist

As a skilled IT professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to Italian-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert-level technical assistance via phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Diagnose and resolve a wide range of software and hardware issues efficiently.
- Enhance client experience by educating them on software functionality and best practices.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
- Ensure complete resolution and satisfaction through follow-up communications with clients.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and product updates to enhance support efforts.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in IT support or a related technical role is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and remote support software is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
