In this role, you will provide top-notch assistance to Spanish-speaking customers who are passionate about fashion. You will handle inquiries related to products, orders, and returns, ensuring that customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in Spanish, assisting customers with inquiries related to fashion products, orders, and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately, ensuring that all records are maintained for ongoing support.
- Collaborate with inventory and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries.
- Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and product offerings to provide informed support to customers.
- Engage proactively with customers through various channels, creating a personalized shopping experience.
- Participate in training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in fashion and customer service techniques.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective interactions with customers.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- A genuine interest in fashion and a passion for providing exceptional service to customers.
