International IT Support Specialist

Job Summary: We seek a highly skilled Service Management Support Officer to join our international team. In this role, you will provide vital support services for IT systems that drive operations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily support and assistance to end-users
- Incident analysis, investigation, diagnosis, reporting, and resolution
- Update of system documentation, including Functional System Specifications and User Manuals
- Participation in meetings, testing, training, and end-user support activities
- Reporting of test results and proper classification of possible incidents using relevant tracking tools and procedures
Requirements:
- University degree in an IT-related field
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools and Internet technologies
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Written and oral communication skills in French or Dutch will be considered an asset
