Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. This role involves providing technical assistance and support to customers, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of an incident received from customers in issue tracking software
  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve incidents or service requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to hand over incidents
  • Prepare documentation as needed
  • Maintain standard system configurations
Requirements:
  • Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant IT field degree
  • Understanding of markup languages (XML, XSD)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with IT and business teams
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Fluency in English and German
