Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for music and podcasts to join our team as a Nordic-speaking customer support representative. In this engaging position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Nordic-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.

You will assist customers with inquiries about music and podcast services, resolving issues and providing solutions. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will enable you to accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential.
  • A strong passion for music, podcasts, and digital streaming services.
  • Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
