Italian Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a skilled Italian speaker to join our team in Greece.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work as a customer technical advisor, providing exceptional support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to consumer inquiries and record feedback on our database.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate data input, troubleshooting issues, and offering recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in Italian with a good level of English (C1). You should also possess strong problem-solving skills, active listening abilities, and be able to work independently.
Requirements:- High School Diploma or Higher
- Native/Fluent Italian
- Good level of English, C1;
- Writing speed: 20 words per minute
- Active Listening
- Good Problem Solving Skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Paid travel Expenses;
- Accommodation in a hotel for the first 14 days, while at the same time there will be a company looking for a house according to your expectations;
- Possibility to work from home within Greece
- Renewable contract of 12 months;
- Health Coverage and Private Health Care;
- Attractive Salary with performance bonus;
- Working hours: 40h per week = is 8 hours per day / 5 days a week;
