Customer Service Representative in Car Rental Industry
">We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greece. As a Reservation Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and satisfying experience when renting cars.
">Your key responsibilities will include assisting customers in selecting and booking rental vehicles suited to their travel plans, offering expert guidance on vehicle options, packages, and add-ons to fit their needs and budgets, and responding to inquiries across phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care.
">To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. You should also be proficient in Croatian (C2 level) and English (B2 level), and have EU Citizenship or a Greek residency card.
