Αναζητούμε επικοινωνιακούς υπαλλήλους τηλεφωνικής εξυπηρέτησης, για την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και την υποστήριξη του υποκαταστήματός μας στη Θεσσαλονίκη.
**Τι προσφέρουμε**:

**Τι θα κάνετε**:
- Τηλεφωνική υποστήριξη πελατών στην **ελληνική γλώσσα**:
- Παρουσίαση του προϊόντος σε ευρύ κοινό παρέχοντας δωρεάν κίνητρα (πχ. εκπτώσεις κλπ.) με σκοπό την μέγιστη δυνατή εδραίωση αξιοπιστίας μεταξύ της εταιρείας και του πελάτη
- Αξιόπιστη και εξειδικευμένη ανταπόκριση σε όλα τα ερωτήματα των πελατών
- Παροχή πληροφοριών σχετικά με το προϊόν

- Έχετε πελατοκεντρικό χαρακτήρα και προσανατολισμό στην εξυπηρέτηση
- Έχετε γρήγορη αντίληψη και μεγάλη προθυμία για μάθηση
- Έχετε καλές γνώσεις Η/Υ (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Έχετε καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και σας αρέσει να εργάζεστε με ανθρώπους
