We are seeking a dedicated Finnish Customer Happiness Agent to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional support to customers of iconic global tech brands from the comfort of your home in Continental Portugal.

Job Description

This is a full-time, 12-month contract with the possibility of renewal. You will be responsible for supporting Finnish-speaking customers with order-related issues, communicating clearly and professionally across channels, handling sensitive data responsibly, and escalating complex cases using internal tools and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Support Finnish-speaking customers with order-related issues (tracking, returns, payments).
  • Communicate clearly and professionally across channels (phone, email, chat).

You have:

  • Native-level Finnish and strong English (C1).
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve efficiently.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
