As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for handling inquiries via phone, chat, email, and social media. You will assist customers with account, payment, and technical concerns, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every client.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Delivering high-quality support through multiple channels
  • Guiding users through account setup, login issues, payment concerns, and technical questions
  • Serving as a dependable contact for sports-related customer needs
  • Responding to client feedback with empathy and professionalism
  • Communicating clearly and effectively to foster trust and customer loyalty
  • Adhering to company procedures and maintaining quality service standards
  • Sharing feedback and ideas to improve customer satisfaction and support efficiency

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent Italian (C2 level)
  • Fluent English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
