As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for handling inquiries via phone, chat, email, and social media. You will assist customers with account, payment, and technical concerns, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every client.

- Serving as a dependable contact for sports-related customer needs

- Adhering to company procedures and maintaining quality service standards
- Sharing feedback and ideas to improve customer satisfaction and support efficiency
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluent Italian (C2 level)
- Fluent English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
