Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in Spanish (C2 level) and English (B2 level), and possess strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in customer support is desirable but not required.   • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality support through multiple channels (phone, chat, email, and social media)

  • Respond to client feedback with empathy and professionalism
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to foster trust and customer loyalty
  • Adhere to quality service standards
  • Share feedback and ideas to help improve customer satisfaction and support efficiency

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
