We are seeking a highly skilled Italian speaker to join our customer support team in Greece. As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide solutions to their issues.
- Collaborate with team leaders and quality teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Native Italian speaker and English at a B2+ level.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to relocate if not already based in Greece.
- Previous experience in customer service or tech support is a plus.
