Portuguese Language Customer Service Specialist

Are you a fluent Portuguese speaker looking for a new career opportunity in the Mediterranean? We are hiring customer support representatives to work with global brands from the comfort of our offices in Athens, Thessaloniki, or Chania, Greece.
About the JobThis full-time role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You will be responsible for assisting with orders, accounts, products, and basic troubleshooting, ensuring high customer satisfaction and professional support.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Native Portuguese speaker and English at a B2+ level (used for training and internal communication)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Willingness to relocate if not already based in Greece
- Previous experience in customer service or tech support is a plus
- Competitive salary with 14 payments per year
