Καθήκοντα
Ο καθημερινός συντονισμός και υποστήριξη του εστιατορίου
Η διασφάλιση ποιοτικής παροχής υπηρεσιών και ικανοποίησης του πελάτη και η άμεση εξεύρεση λύσεων
Η ακριβής και αποτελεσματική διαχείριση των παραπόνων των πελατών
Η οργάνωση και εποπτεία προγράμματος εργασίας του προσωπικού
Να αξιολογεί και να αναθέτει αρμοδιότητες στους υφισταμένους του σύμφωνα με τις ικανότητες και τις δεξιότητές τους
Η αξιολόγηση της απόδοσης του προσωπικού για τη βελτίωση της παραγωγικότητάς του
Να ακολουθεί την πολιτική και τις ποιοτικές προδιαγραφές της εταιρίας
**Requirements**:
Απαραίτητα προσόντα
Απόφοιτος τουριστικής σχολής Ελλάδος ή εξωτερικού
Ελάχιστη προϋπηρεσία 2 χρόνων σε αντίστοιχη θέση, σε εστιατόριο με αστέρι Michelin
Άριστη γνώση λειτουργίας των á la carte επισιτιστικών τμημάτων
Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ, POS
Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών, ενώ δεύτερη ξένη γλώσσα θα θεωρηθεί πρόσθετο προσόν
Γνώση εφαρμογής και παρακολούθησης διαδικασιών υγιεινής και ασφάλειας
Επαγγελματική εμφάνιση και συμπεριφορά
Ικανότητες οργάνωσης και διοίκησης προσωπικού εστιατορίων
Ομαδικότητα και ικανότητα διαχείρισης πελατών
Ευχάριστη προσωπικότητα
